American/Don’t Tread Flag

PROCESS

We use our fiber laser to cut American don't tread flag from 16 gauge steel. Next, the piece is polished and torched to create the tattered flag look. This flag is bent to create a wave, then taped, powder-coated, and cured in our industrial oven. To finish this look, the snake is secured with tabs to make this piece three-dimensional. All the materials we use in this process are sourced in the USA.
